When using the centralized cutting fluid supply system, all cutting fluids used in the workshop are collected into a large water tank, and then transported to various machine tools through fluid tanks. With the centralized supply system, cutting fluids can be collected centrally, and regular sampling inspections can be conducted on the cutting fluid in the large water tank, making it convenient to detect its pH value, use concentration, and whether there is any corruption. This saves the process of inspecting the cutting fluid of each standalone machine one by one.

The centralized cutting fluid supply system can centrally filter and regenerate the cutting fluid. The regeneration rate of cutting fluid treated by semiconductor inorganic membranes is about 90%, removing metal chips and other impurity oils in the cutting fluid, and extending the service life of the cutting fluid.
